Unified with disaster related partners and emergency support agencies, Putnam County Emergency Operations Center is focused on ensuring the continuity of operations of Putnam County. The Putnam County EOC is responsible for the strategic overview, or "big picture", of any local disaster or incident. The common functions of Putnam County EOC is to collect, gather and analyze data; make decisions that protect life and property, maintain continuity of government within the scope of applicable laws; and disseminate decisions to all concerned agencies and individuals.
